Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris 2019 : 31st Edition

This year the 31st edition of Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris will be held in one of the most prestigious sites of the French capital. Once again, Le Dîner en Blanc fans from all over the world are invited to join Parisians guests.

Last year to mark its 30th anniversary, for the very first time in its history, people from all over the world were invited to Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris to share this elegant, charming and friendly event with them. Breaking all attendance records, more than 17,000 guests from Paris and around the world gathered at the Esplanade des Invalides to celebrate amongst friends. Every edition is always something special for those who attend. The 2019 of Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris will have an extra festive vibe since Mr. François Pasquier, the founder of Le Dîner en Blanc, will not only celebrate his 75th birthday, but it will also host the event for his last time.

‘(…) this Dîner en Blanc will probably be the last one I co-organize. Fortuitously, this date will coincide with my 75th birthday celebration.’

Indeed, another great opportunity to gather amongst friends from all over the globe, since June 6, 2019 also marks the 75th anniversary of the Normandy landings of the Allied forces.

Creator, founder and host since 1988, François Pasquier has made it possible with Le Dîner en Blanc to create an ever-growing circle of friends from all over the world who meet once a year to celebrate and enjoy the splendours of the city, and to experience unforgettable moments. The craze for this chic picnic has now reached over 130,000 people in more than 80 cities and 30 countries!

A lot of emotions will be felt at Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris. This year may mark the end of an era, but the bright future because of a strong commitment to keep the humble and magical essence of the concept intact: a gathering between friends.
